I don’t have a bread machine, and am used to making my own bread from scratch. I found a yummy recipe online and would like to use the same ingredients– can I use the same method I usually do, without the machine, and bake it in an oven?

Yes, I’ve done that. My mother had a machine, but I don’t. So I make some of her bread machine recipes just following the various ingredients for their amounts, but then “make” the bread from scratch…the old fashioned (but still excellent) way!
I’m sure that would work fine for you also.

Yes you can.I found a recipe on allrecipes.com once that was for a bread machine.Mine broke,so I either do it by hand or use my kitchen aid. It`s our favorite bread recipe,so I would definatly say it does work without a machine!
yep! my dad makes bread recipes the same way with the machine as he does when u make it by hand
Yes, you can use the same recipe. The difference with the bread machine is the precision kneading and proofing.
But why not just get a regular bread recipe and use it? I am sure you can find hundreds of recipes for doing by hand on the internet.

I don’t see why not! I’ve used bread machine recipes on their own and I used to use my bread machine to mix and knead the dough and then take it out to form into rolls or place in pans. Both ways works.
