Does anyone have a cornbread recipe for a breadmaker? Mine only makes either a one pound or a one and a half pound loaf, and preferably no dairy products in the recipe. I found one, but its for a 2 pound loaf, and my breadmaker cannot make that big of a size.

2 tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Dry Milk
2 cups Bread Flour
¼ cup Corn Meal
1 ¼ teaspoon active dry yeast
1. Combine ingredients in bread pan in the order listed
2. Select: White Course
3. When finished, carefully remove from pan, let cool.
This one says it for a 1 pound loaf:
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1 tbsp dry milk
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cayanne pepper
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp canola, safflower or sunflower oil
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp active dry yeast
Directions:
Fit the kneading blade firmly on the shaft. Add the ingredients according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Set your machine for Whole Wheat and start. After your bread is finished allow it to cool fully on a wire rack before slicing, eating or storing.
