Some one gaveme a used Chefmate breadmaker. i have no clue as to how to use it . I think it does not work. but im not sure.. so..I put the ingredients in and selected the kind of bread i wanted and i pressed start. just a bunch of symbols showed up on the place that shows the time .Then it just makes beeping noises. I dont hear any movement etc… inside the machine. So.. am i doing sumthing wrong…or is it jsut not working?

I don’t know about this machine. I use a 9 by 4 by 5 baking pan for bread.Try it.It has got to be a lot simpler than a machine to bake bread.You are making a loaf of bread , not manufacturing a car.86 the machine ! Good luck !
i’ve had a few breadmakers. start by plugging. time will blink. just press clear and time will stay @ 12:00. look for a select button or a menu button it will choose your bread type. when you pick this press start.if machine starts up it does work, so far. start over after putting in ingredients and if it works well your bread will be great. oh there is a dial on side for browness of bread. the browner the better.
