I put all ingredients into the bread machine. set the clock, then the timer for 1hr. Selected white bread/manuel. and start. It mixed the dough but then it quit doing anything.

Mine takes 3 hours for a 2.5 lb loaf. Mine has several different levels of operation. Mix, rise and bake.
For a normal loaf of white, my Breadman Pro takes about 3 hours. However, if it doesn’t do anything, check to make sure the pan is seated well in there so the paddle can spin. Trust me, it’s happened to me before.
