I want to buy a bread machine, can someone explain them to me?

I like making breads and pizzas and what not but, if I buy a bread machine does that mean I cant use the same ingredients I used before? Do I have to use bread machine flour?

Most recipes have to be adjusted for a bread machine. Most machines make smaller loaves of bread than most recipes make. Your machine should come with a recipe book. You can also adapt your recipes to fit in the bread maker, or mix all in the bread maker and transfer to your regular pans to raise and then bake.
I make all my pizza dough in the bread maker, then transfer to my pizza pan. I found some great bread machines recipes and now make several great breads, including a cheese and beer loaf, sourdough, country white, and cinnamon raisin.
Recipes are out there, if you look.
Good luck. I love my machine and highly recommend it to anyone who likes to make bread.

You can make just about anything you want if you buy a bread machine and although it’s preferable to use the recommended bread machine flour, you can use any kind.

Totally recommended is you buy a book on recipes for bread machines. Every kind of dough you can imagine is there.

My bread machine (one of those just had to have things is currently stored in the pantry right beside my George Foreman Grill).

Tell you what, drop over and I’ll give you mine, free and I’ll throw in the cookbook as well. I need more space in my pantry and my cookbook library.

Just make sure it has a dough setting, then you can make anything you like. Ordinary flour works fine but get bread machine yeast for best results. Hope this helps you.
