Anyone who owns a Zo would not be surprised that it is considered the best bread maker on the market.  Zojirushi is already a common name as far as making bread is concerned. The Zojirushi BBCCX20 is not unfamiliar either. It has the abilities to make you meat loaf, pizza, cakes, jam, cinnamon rolls and of course bread.

The Zojirushi BBCCX20 has what we call the dough only function. What happens is that the machine kneads the dough after mixing the ingredients and then stops. With this option you can make the bread by hand if you so wish. There is a large window included in the model. So you should have an easy time seeing whether the dough has been kneaded well. It is important as sometimes the dough may not knead well. As usual you have the choice of the kinds of crust that you want.

Like other models from Zojirushi, the Zojirushi BBCCX20 has presets that extend to 13 hours. This means you can prepare for a bake 13 hours in advance. It will make you a 2 pound loaf of bread.

As always, the design of Zojirushi BBCCX20 is superb with a little more attention being given to every detail. The control panel for instance is easy to use and to gain access to. The pan has been designed to make a loaf much like what you would find at a store. It is non-stick so you will not have to worry about scraping it after every bake that occurs.

Due to the ease that has been incorporated into the Zojirushi BBCCX20; using the appliance is one of the things that stand out the most. Even for starters, it is not difficult trying to guess what to do. For instance the automated temperature controls ease the process of trying to find the right temperatures for making your bread. Also, there is a memory setting that allows you to store some of your favorite menus in the bread maker.
